Shipping
is provided to addresses in the U.S., Canada and
Mexico.
The
Gourd Maskman hand crafts some items on a per-order
basis. Standard shipping does not include preparation
time of orders placed before yours. If you have
selected an item that is not immediately available, we
will advise you by email shortly after receiving your
order, of the completion date of your selection.
All
items are shipped in special damage-resistant
packaging to ensure their safe and satisfactory
arrival.
Packaging,
handling and shipping is $15.00 per item, which
includes insurance for the full purchase price.
Guarantee
Our
goal is that you are completely satisfied with
everything you purchase from The Gourd Maskman here at our online store.
However,
every item is unique, and many of those shown in our
catalog are representative examples of original pieces
that have been created just for you. As a result there
may be slight variations in size, shape, color or
design, from that shown in the sample illustration.
Some
of the hand-painted gourds on this web site may have
been sold and in some cases we may be able to create
another one very similar to the one you like. Please contact
us for more information.
If
you are not completely satisfied with any item you've
purchased from The Gourd Maskman, please contact
us to arrange for a return, exchange, credit or
refund.
